These wooden buttons were created by my husband Jeff in Oregon cedar wood. I love this wood so much! This cedar came from some lower branches that needed to be trimmed in our yard, we were just doing some yard clean up- not expecting some gorgeous wood for button making!

I love the rings of growth in these branch buttons (amazing! so many in such a small size!) and the warm brown hue. Jeff sands and polishes the buttons so smooth, even around the edges, you'll love the way they feel. All the sanding and polishing also brings out the beauty of the wood, and makes it glow.

~Care Instructions~ Care for these buttons as you would wool: hand wash garment in cool water and lay flat to dry. If the wood should dry out from washing, a little walnut oil (or other natural oil) on a soft cloth works well to moisturize them. Oiling them will keep your buttons beautiful and protect them from drying out.
