Our handmade earrings make wonderful gifts! These carved heart earrings were created by my husband Jeff in red cedar wood. I love the sweet heart shapes he carves! I'm a fan of cedar wood and especially red cedar with it's rosy hue. With all the sanding and polishing he does to bring out the beauty of the wood, the wood is so smooth, you'll love the way it feels. All the sanding and polishing also brings out the beauty of the wood, and makes it glow.
If you're looking for lightweight earrings, these are a great choice for you! Not only is the red cedar beautiful, but it also makes for very lightweight earrings. They come on sterling silver plated ear wires. For an aromatherapy treat, put a drop of your favorite essential oil on the backside of these earrings (cedar is an absorbent wood and perfect for this) to enjoy the scent while you wear them.
